We'll do that by:

  1. Assessing what you know about your workplace mental health indicators, including a review of data, programs and strategies. 
  2. Analyzing what needs the most focus and how to prioritize high-impact, low-effort actions. 
  3. Recommendations on next steps, based on what could make the most impact in your role. 

How it Works

Analysis

A Workplace Mental Health Strategist will first analyze the mental health indicators of your organization. 

One on One Strategy Session

We’ll spend three hours one-on-one with you, discussing your role, your team’s mental health, and specific areas of influence you can use to make the most impact. 

Leverage Your Strengths and Role

We’ll leverage your strengths to identify your pinch-points and address roadblocks, while giving you clear guidance on next steps. 

An Action Plan

You’ll receive a “What’s Next” report that details those recommendations so you have a ready-to-implement action plan.

At Thriving Workplaces, we make sure you have what you need to make a real impact, no matter what your role is. 

Included in the Thrive Blueprint is:

  1. An analysis of your workplace mental health data, including retention rates, EFAP usage, engagement surveys, policies and programs. 
  2. One, three hour, one-on-one session with a Workplace Mental Health Strategist to discuss your role, your team’s mental health, specific areas of influence, organizational pinch-points, addressing roadblocks and implementing strategies for workplace mental health. 
  3. A What’s Next report that includes recommendations so you have a ready-to-implement action plan.
