  • Building work/life balance for your team without compromising productivity
  • How to navigate change and uncertainty
  • Building engagement and team connection in a remote or hybrid work environment
  • And more tools and strategies for managing in today’s work environment.

I’ll also provide a 30-minute 1:1 mentoring session with each leader in the cohort to address particular concerns in their team.
