How to Lead Your Team to be Their Best: Virtual Workshop

Employee mental health is being stretched to the max right now.

Between the stresses related to Covid19, the abrupt and unplanned move to remote work (while everyone else is home, including our kids), and the uncertainty of how long we’ll be in this situation, it’s a perfect storm for negative mental health impacts.

As an Employer or Manager, you want to keep your people functioning at their best.

When people are stressed out, or otherwise struggling with their mental well-being, it impacts their ability to focus, drives down productivity, and leads to increased tensions in the working relationship.

It also impacts their capacity to focus on their projects and priorities.

There are many webinars and think-pieces circulating about how we can better support our teams, how to make the move to remote work, or activities we can do as individuals to support our own mental health.

It’s fantastic to see so much information widely available, and accessible for us.

If you’re wondering how to apply all of that to your workplace and your team, my virtual workshop Workplace Mental Health with Remote Work: How to Lead your Team to be their Best is designed for you.

This virtual workshop takes all of that information, and condenses it into a series of strategies that you can apply to your individual work situation.

It’s a small group session (maximum 15 people) so we can dig into the concerns you’re facing right now, applying the principles of psychological safety to remote work during challenging times.

We’ll talk about:

  • why mental health matters more now than ever before
  • how to structure your interactions with your team to best support their mental health (and yours!)
  • how to incorporate the principles of psychological safety into your remote workplace
  • Extended Q&A session to dive into the challenges you may be facing in your unique workplace.

I have an upcoming session on April 23, and it’s only $49 plus GST.
